Front Page: Web accessibility
Menu

On this page, you can submit a complaint about a digital service that does not comply with the web accessibility requirements of the Act on the Provision of Digital Services or about a service provider that does not comply with the requirements and obligations laid down in Chapter 3 or 3a of the Act on the Provision of Digital Services. You can also leave a complaint anonymously.

You should always first contact the service provider. This is often the fastest way to resolve the case as it takes longer to process the complaint. On this page, you can also ask Traficom to investigate

  • if the service provider has not provided the content in a format that suits you, even if you have requested it
  • if the service provider has not responded to your feedback about accessibility within two weeks.

Please note that digital service outages or other technical malfunctions are not deficiencies regarding the accessibility requirements of the Act on the Provision of Digital Services. In these situations, it is advisable to contact the service provider directly.

You can submit a complaint or request for clarification using this form, by e-mail or letter. You can see the contact details of Traficom at the bottom of this page.
